Seddon slams ISO 9000
As registrations in Europe fall (we know ISO 9000 doesn't work) the parasitical monster is now draining economic performance in developing countries.

Seddon says we should be ashamed.

John Seddon's recent article about ISO 9000 in the Daily Telegraph caused a stir and got a reply from Stevan Breeze, chief executive of BSI.

The year 2000 review of ISO 9000 provides the first opportunity to
interpret and use ISO 9000 from a systems perspective.

If you have no choice, if you are obliged to register to ISO 9000, we
recommend that you take a systems approach - it will lead to much less
damage and will give you the means for improving performance.
