Individual accreditation
This accreditation recognises individuals who are capable of applying the Vanguard Method to a service; an important addition to their C.V. Individual accreditation also gives Systems Thinking practitioners access to Vanguard's expertise to continue their development and application of the practices and principles.
Accreditation gives recognition that the individual has competently applied the Vanguard Method to re-design a service and that the individual is engaged in further developing his or her skills and knowledge in applying the Method.

These programmes are exclusive to Vanguard, originally developed for Vanguard's internal training. They teach the core skills (intervention theory and systems thinking) and cover principles and practices for all of the steps in the Vanguard Method.
