All workshops can be taken in-house or shared with other accredited organisations.

Workshop costs: £1,800 per workshop day, costs can be shared between delegates. Maximum delegates 12.

Systems Fundamentals: in-house training

Systems Fundamentals is a three-day in-house training programme used to begin the process of understanding Systems Thinking. It is powerful way to create 'pull' amongst managers (a desire to apply the ideas to their own service). 'Pull' is an important idea, as taking the systems route means managers are aware this means a change to their own thinking about the design and management of work.

Cost: £6,000 (normally £8,000 for public-sector clients)

Systems Fundamentals - Trainer Training

Systems Fundamentals can be transferred to accredited organisations and individuals to be used in-house.

Cost: by negotiation. Skills transfer will be dependent on the skills of the individual and the opportunities to be able to join programmes for the purposes of trainer training. Trained trainers will be given a certificate of competence.
